The Flip Side
The Flip Side looks at local communities all over the world and gives the other side of the story. Big fashion brands source from factories in Bangladesh where hundreds of innocent women are being burned or crushed to death whilst making our clothes. Some brands are now signing a fire safety pact to prevent this from happening. Avaaz are putting pressure on the others to support this agreement and are asking for people to sign their petition. Visit their website to sign up.

Best places for...Trekking
There is more to Peru than the Classic Inca Trail which is by far the most famous trek in South America and takes four days to complete on a moderate trek. If you are looking for somewhere less crowded, the Santa Cruz Trek offers the peace of the mountains on a trail less trodden. For shorter trails, trek through the Sacred Valley, around scenic Lake Titicaca or within the dense Amazon rainforest.
