From the top of this hill you can enjoy the best view of the nearby neighborhoods, Lycabetus Hill and Athens. It is the top edge of Exarhia neighborhood. You can see the Strefi Hill from the balconies of some of our rooms •2 km from Eleftherias Park, stands right next to the Athens Megaron Concert Hall and was designed in the 1960s by the architect Panagiotis Vokotoloulos. At the back side of the park are stone buildings which during the military dictatorship were a prison and a place of tortures by the military police. Nowadays, they house the Eleftherios Venizelos Museum and the Arts Centre of the Municipality of Athens.
