Good food is like medicine - it nourishes the body and mind. Eating is one of life's great pleasures. Therefore, discovering a new cuisine should be a special delight. Forbes recently finished their ranking of the top 10 cities in the world to eat well. We are pleased to present the nominated cities. Read, enjoy and don't forget that the main experience begins with the first bite.
1 - Paris (France). French cuisine is fresh and creative. It is rich in meat and poultry, seafood, pungent herbs, cheese and delicious pastries- In addition, French people believe that a good dish will lose its flavor if its not served with the right wine. That is the culture of eating.
2 - Rome (Italy). Italian cooking traditions are among the world's richest and most varied, with dishes perfect for every occasion: from the quick breakfast to late night snack. Square slices of pizza, plate of fresh pasta, or traditional steaks and gelato. Impossible to resist!
3 - Tokyo (Japan). Japanese cuisine is usually very colorful and healthy with its concentration on fresh fish and rice. It is appreciated worldwide for its beauty in both appearance and flavor. Taste it and you will understand that it is more than nutrition paradise.

7 - Hong Kong (China). Chinese cuisine can be described as dainty, in its items, esthetics, atmosphere, and effects. It varies region to region. The one in Hong Kong is considered to be one of the most popular Chinese cooking styles. It's like an exotic fusion of Eastern and Western flavors.
8 - Beijing (China). Beijing is famous for its hundreds of dishes with special flavors that are unmatched by any other cuisine. Cooking traditions there are part of local identity. The famous roasted Peking duck has been prepared since the yuan dynasty in the 13 th century.
9 - Milan (Italy). Milanese food is all about simplicity. But the simple things are also the most extraordinary things. Milanese cuisine is cheesy, creamy and meaty - based on products coming from the surrounding mountains. This cuisine is definitely like a book full of great recipes.
10 - Shanghai (China). Shanghai cuisine is characterized by a greater use of soy sauce, sugar and rice. It is also the youngest among the ten major cuisine in China, however, highly valued. Every dish is like an explosion of warmth and flavor across the palate.
