Athens Art & Culture Association in cooperation with AthenStyle Hostel presents the mixed media exhibition “MOVIMENTO GULLIVERIANO” by the Italian artist Mauro Basile. Mauro will exhibit a selection of artworks representing his new creative “Gulliverian” phase, developed together with A. Antonucci e D. Cantore. Objects in a surreal world, still and without time, where the only form of movement is given by the presence of little ant-like men, who invade a dreamlike reality. Little men dealing with something bigger than us. Little men. Who try to send us a message in a mysterious but simple language: “Help”. The Gulliverian movement is soaked with a vital spirit of renewal and denunciation, a spirit that is magically materialized in forms, colours, light and shade passages. With “MOVIMENTO GULLIVERIANO” Mauro presents to the public his Gulliver and his artistic manifesto. Artworks are on sale.
