Piazza del Plebiscito – Naples (Jan)

Piazza del Plebiscito in Naples is currently host to works by Belgium artist Jan Fabre.

Fabre was a performing artist until in the 1980s he decided to shift his emphasis to theatre and explore themes of dreams, life, death and the human body. In 1984 he exhibited in the Venice Biennale.

The exhibition of bronze sculptures are on show until the 18th January. The exhibition which consists of 5 bronze works are on show which the artist himself has positioned in the area to symbolise various aspects of Naples. The exhibition is free to visit.
