If you are interested in Beer and everything around and about it, Dublin will be a perfect place to be, beer lovers would definitely appreciate delicious big man treat, the home of Guinness is called Guinness Storehouse, let's say it's every men's dream to get there. The Jame's Gate Brewery was first founded back in 1759 by Arthur Guinness in Dublin, ever since it has grown with a huge success.
After improving hundred time the beer, Guinness became the largest brewery in Ireland in 1838 and by 1914 it was the largest in the world . Now the company is a part of Diageo, and Guinness Draft is the main product produced at the brewery, covering 64 acres. Already during the 19th and 20th century Guinness company was very famous and powerful, owning the major buildings in the surrounding areas, like many streets of housing for brewery employees, and offices associated with the brewery.
So, if you would like to know so much more about the history of Guinness beer, the Soreh house, basicly home of Guinness has doors wide open for everyone. It's actually the most popular tourist attraction in Dublin, it's literally a museum of Guinness, incorporating elements from the old brewing factory to explain the history of Guinness production, all will be explained, stout ingredients, brewing techniques, advertising methods and storage devices.
The building of the storehouse is impressive, the shape of a 14 million pint glass of Guinness, with exhibition room with over 7 floors. From the house of the Guinness you will have a great view over the city, where the visitors can hang out sipping free pint of Guinness.
